Birla Estates is building a new, modern, high-end housing complex called Birla Evara. It is located in Kodathi village, Varthur Hobli, on Sarjapur Road. There are 1,554 high-end homes in this new neighborhood, which covers 25 acres. The homes come in 1, 2, 3, 3.5, and 4 BHK plans. There is more than 80% of the space that is open. The plan also includes the well-known Birla Mandir shrine. The new luxury property in Bangalore, New Birla Evara Apartments, has 13 tall buildings, each with two basements and 24 floors.
