Typical mistakes in scrum master and how to avoid them.
Hi, I'm facing the following problem: I recently took on the role of Scrum Master in our team, and at first it seemed like everything was going wrong. I was interfering too much in discussions and trying to control every little thing. In the end, it only slowed down the team and some of the participants started to get annoyed. I realized that my task is not to lead, but to help. Now I try to listen more and talk less. Has anyone had similar situations? What mistakes did you make in the beginning?
I wonder how the role of Scrum Master is perceived in different teams. We don't have such a person, but I think that someone who helps keep the process under control and inspires the team at the same time would definitely be useful. It is important that this does not turn into micromanagement, but remains support.
